About
Us

The New Raw is a Rotterdam-based design and fabrication studio founded in 2016 by Panos Sakkas and Foteini Setaki.

We design and fabricate circular furniture using robotic 3D printing and locally sourced plastic waste.

Every stage, from material sourcing to production, happens in-house.

Our
Philosophy

Plastic waste is our raw material, our constraint, and our primary tool.

The result is furniture defined by material integrity, structural performance, and a distinct visual language.

Studio &
Production

All work is developed and produced in our Rotterdam facility. We work directly with local waste streams and maintain full control over material sourcing, fabrication, and quality.

This integration between design and production is the foundation of what we do.
